I would like to recommend Shawn Bounds to anyone who is selling property, or seeking to remodel an existing home. I know his work and impressive building skill first hand. This was my family’s experience. For my brother and I, the final detail of laying our mother to rest, was to settle her estate which meant selling the family home; the home we’d inherited in 1955; the home Mom had lived in over 60 years. The Family’s advice was to, “call a few developers and see what they’ll give us.” Completely over my head, I grabbed a pile of Real Estate flyers that came in the morning mail and started making phone calls. By the end of week, we had three tours of the house scheduled. Each company followed up with three generous, albeit similar, offers. While each representative seemed very interested in Mom’s house, we chose to sell to Shawn Bounds because we felt he had a heart for the property. All of the fine points of settlement and closing went through smoothly. Shawn had a team in place that took the process to the finish line with efficiency and speed. Closing was accomplished on time and with no surprises; monies were disbursed in a timely manner. I would do business again with Shawn Bounds without hesitation. He is an honest, knowledgeable, gentleman with exceptional building skills. And he is very kind. After refinishing the house, Shawn graciously invited us to the home for a tour. True to his word, he had transformed the house into a showplace of beauty and serenity. He and his artisan’s had updated the home, subtly restoring details in original style techniques.
